Drug and Alcohol Screening

AP Occupational Health Ltd provides clients with an independent, unbiased and professional team of collection Technicians and Nurses. We can provide a “24 hour, 365 day” cover for our clients’ collection needs throughout the United Kingdom.
Our collection Technicians and Nurses are all trained in the collection of urine, breath, oral fluid and hair samples and can carry out instant tests as well as full Laboratory chain of custody collections that are ultimately legally defensible.
Our collection Technicians and Nurses follow all UK workplace drug testing guidelines.
All chain of custody collections are sent for testing at an independent UKAS and CPA accredited laboratory.
 
Testing will fall under three main headings:
• Pre employment: Employment offers are made subject to the candidate providing a negative sample 
• Random: Routinely test a percentage of the workforce to actively promote a drug & alcohol free workplace
• For Cause: Following an accident or incident or if it is suspected that an employee is under the influence of alcohol/ drugs. Collection staff can be at your sites across the country within 2 hours of receipt of details
